our approach

We provide consultancy, interim management, coaching, workshops and a range of certified training. We help you do your best work.

Founded by Patrick Mayfield in 1994, pearcemayfield has worked with clients and other associate consultants to develop a distinctive and respected reputation.

pearcemayfield understands that the proactive ‘hands on’ and pragmatic nature of programme, project and change management requires a similar style of training experience, and so our courses are designed to reflect just that.

"Our courses make extensive use of accelerated learning approaches that have proved enjoyable and highly effective in achieving both short term examination success and longer term development of competence and mastery.  "

what we do

In a 21st century world of volatile, disruptive, complex change, we help individuals and their organisations to lead change well.

We serve the change leader; we develop solutions to equip them to lead change – be it through programmes or projects – and to lead that change better. Whether by workshops or courses, we take a learner centric perspective rather than delivering ‘death by PowerPoint’ and notes to match. Having established our company on clear operating values, we are able to provide clients with a consistently distinctive service across different training courses and within our consultancy.

how we do it

We run public and in-house courses and workshops. We coach clients individually, as well as offering them consultancy and interim management.

When it comes to training, we don’t do ‘death by Powerpoint’ but design all our solutions from the learner’s perspective. We provide all our clients with powerful learning solutions.

When it comes to consultancy, we bring experience and the humility that respects the uniqueness of you and your organisation. We value and will mobilise the expertise you already have.

"For a relatively small investment compared to the overall programme or project costs, we can identify potential problems at an early stage. By doing this we can help you to avoid overrunning timescales and costs and make sure you achieve your programme and project objectives and realise the benefits."
