We provide education, training and a range of support services, helping leading organisations to become more effective and achieve successful change. 

Founded by Patrick Mayfield in 1994, pearcemayfield has worked with clients and other associate consultants to develop a distinctive and respected reputation.

We focus on the learner; we craft a training course from a learner-centric perspective, rather than delivering 'death by PowerPoint' and notes to match. Having established our company on clear operating values, we are able to provide clients with a consistently distinctive service across different training courses and within our support services through consultancy and interim management.

We are an Accredited Training Organisation in PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), P3O, Management of Risk (MOR) and Change Management through the APM Group. We offer public scheduled and tailored in-house training courses, as well as a wide range of consultancy services related to change, programme and project management.

People

In the nineties, our executive chairman, Patrick Mayfield, began to identify great trainers and consultants while working as a Lead Assessor of accredited PRINCE2 services in the UK and continental Europe.  Those individuals - whether they were presenting, training, advising or facilitating - had the exceptional talent to take the people they served to the highest levels of effectiveness.  His vision was to create a professional services organisation made up of such exceptional individuals.  They are now our staff and associates and live the values of our business through their own unique styles and abilities.

To minimise traveling time, pearcemayfield courses are held in high quality venues in different locations across the country, and we offer the choice of staying residential or non-residential on our courses, making it convenient to your needs.

Development Needs Analysis (DNA) is the pearcemayfield method for designing training interventions that are driven by and delivered against measurable business improvements.  Our focus is on selecting and designing tightly targeted learning interventions and ensuring that the right environment exists to transfer new skills and knowledge into the business environment to produce the required results.

Our approach is based on extensive experience in working with clients to analyse development needs and leverage best practice in education and training.  Business performance improvements is the key driver behind DNA.
