We don’t want you to be distracted by that worry. As well as benefiting from our acclaimed training solutions yielding above-average pass rates, you can have the reassurance that you can re-take the exam again later free with our famous Exam Pledge.

And now the Exam Pledge is better than ever.

If you fail a Practitioner examination, we will arrange for you to take the course again - completely free. The only conditions are:

- You must re-take the whole course again
- You must have paid a full-price booking on the original course, not a discounted price
- The Pledge covers one retake only
- The Pledge must be used within 12 months of your original course
