This 5-day APMP course will equip you with the ability to apply project management skills and techniques to a range of projects. It is aimed at those wishing to achieve a broad level of project management knowledge in order to take part in projects that range from individual assignments through to large and complex.
You will be able to take the APMP examination on the last day.
WHY SHOULD I TAKE THIS COURSE?
APMP is a qualification from the Association for Project Management (APM). The APM Body of Knowledge (the basis for the APMP course and qualification) identifies key areas of knowledge that project managers need to understand and be able to utilise. The APMP qualification is recognised internationally and is aligned to the International Project Management Association (IPMA) as a level D qualification.

WHAT WILL THE COURSE INCLUDE?
The course is based on the APMP syllabus which assesses breadth of knowledge in all areas of project management and covers 37 knowledge areas from the APM Body of Knowledge 5th edition including budgeting and cost management, conflict management, communication, earned value management, leadership, negotiation, procurement, sponsorship and teamwork.
It is assessed by a three hour paper where you must answer ten from sixteen questions derived from all 37 syllabus topics.
