The objective of the course is to enable candidates to generate better acceptance of change through the implementation of change theories, enabling a higher rate of satisfactory change while keeping staff engaged.

The Change Management qualification focuses on four areas:

You will come out of this learning programme with a range of ideas, models and techniques that will mean that your effectiveness as a change agent will be greatly enhanced.

WHAT WILL THE COURSE INCLUDE?

The new Foundation and Practitioner level qualifications are based on The effective Change Manager’s Handbook published last year and itself based upon the Change Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge.

Using this material, the course brings the ideas and concepts to life by using a case study and a range of innovative accelerated learning techniques to enasure that you have the highest level of engagement with the topic.

The Foundation exam is a multiple-choice test lasting one hour. It is a closed-book exam with 60 questions and a pass mark of 50%.

The Practitioner Exam is a 3-hour multiple choice paper. It is open book and comprises four questions based on a given scenario. There are 20 marks per question. Candidates must score 50% to pass. The Practitioner exam can only be taken when a candidate has passed the foundation exam.
