Lean management is a methodology for running an organisation that encourages continuous improvement, a long-term process where small changes implemented systematically. It focuses on examining workflow to reduce time and eliminate waste. As a practitioner, the delegate will able to manage projects, lead value stream mapping, identify waste, design improvements, and monitor new processes.
