Lean Six Sigma provides a way out of “DOWNTIME” using the 5s technique to which a Black Belt professional is made familiar in the foundation level Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and then in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course also. Course Overview

There are two ways waste can creep into the process of production – first as unnecessary steps and two as varying processes every time production takes place. A way out of such a condition is to apply the principals of Lean Six Sigma. The professionals have three levels of courses they can follow – Yello Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt. The fourth course, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade is for those profesionals who wish to update their Black Belt knowledge. These delegates must have already completed Green Belt as no other concepts would be taught besides Black Belt.


The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade exam is a 100 question exam. To get the certification the delegate needs to pass with a minimum of 70% marks. The language of the exam would be English, Any other details the delegates require shall be provided before the exam.
