There are no specific prerequisites for the course. However, the candidates must have some working experience in Project, Program or Operational environment before attending the MoR® Foundation and Practitioner course. During the course, the candidates must pass the Foundation exam before taking the Practitioner exam at the completion of course.

Course Overview

MoR® Foundation and Practitioner course will equip you with extensive knowledge of MoR® framework, principles and approaches and also emphasize you to implement programs, strategy, projects, and operations at the workplace for the betterment of the organization. We will enable the candidates to get well acquainted with MoR® outline and how it can be used in the business environment enhancing their ability in the working atmosphere.

The training course will boost your self-confidence in the practical application of MoR® by involving some hands-on exercises to ensure that the theory is well implanted. The training program covers various topics including project and program risk management, business continuity management, security and operational facility management.
